Cars (Top to Bottom)

1973 Corvette
-- this started Clay's history with car shows. And as you can see below, his first winner. This Vette had a 350 engine and won many trophies before being sold.

1956 Ford Sunliner Convertible
-- the real beginning of his trophy cars. Back in the '50s this Ford was profiled in a car magazine. It was also the car that drove Clay and Helen on their honeymoon.

1973 Chevy Laguna
-- This car had a 350 V8, with Corvette Rallye Wheels.

1970 Chevy Malibu
-- With a 307 V8, this car was actually faster off the line than the 350 in the Laguna.

1967 Chevy Pickup
-- This short bed had a stock 327 2 barrel and stick shift.

1964 Studebaker
-- Grand Tourismo Hawk with 289 4-barrel.

1952 Buick Riviera
-- Clay's first customize attempt.

1979 Chevy El Camino
-- 350 V8, this low mileage restoration had every available option.

1956 Porsche 356A Speedster

No pictures remain from his many older cars, (some of which he wrecked):

These include:
1938 Ford Coupe
1938 Ford 2 door Sedan
1940 Ford Coupe
1940 Ford 2 door Sedan
and even a Model A Coupe (on a '32 chassis and V8.)
